BERNARD BADU ACQUAH,

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Bernard Badu Acquah is a distinguished Scholar renowned for his expertise in branding and advertising. With a rich background in creative solutions and brand development, he has played a pivotal role as Managing Director at Bensyl Ghana, contributing to the success of prominent brands such as Microsoft, Pepsi, BBC, Samsung, Care International, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Access Bank Ghana, Sasso Insecticide Spray, Kel Toothpaste, and more.

A member of the Advertising Association of Ghana and the Institute of Directors Ghana, Bernard is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration at the esteemed Cass Europe Institute of Management. His academic journey includes an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from GIMPA, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Cape Coast Polytechnic.

With a passion for business, advertising, and writing, Bernard is well-prepared to continue making significant contributions to his fields of interest.

ELORM KOBLAH AGBELESESHIE,
MARKETING MANAGER

Elorm Agbeleseshie is a goal-driven marketing professional with over a decade of experience in sales and marketing development. With an MBA in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies, Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon, Elorm is skilled at aiding in product marketing efforts and cultivating productive client relationships through positive rapport, tailored solutions, and client engagement.

Elorm's competencies include product and service management, persuasive negotiations, sales tracking, and excellent communication skills. Elorm has a proven track record of developing profit and revenue-generating strategies that align with market trends, resulting in the growth of businesses and expansion of customer bases.

As Marketing Manager at Bensyl Ghana, Elorm is responsible for developing marketing campaigns to improve profitability by aligning strategies and business plans with market trends. Elorm has also developed media and advertising campaigns to grow the company's revenue, researched and capitalized on emerging opportunities to build the business, and expanded the company's visibility and awareness.

Prior to joining Bensyl, Elorm was a Sales Manager at Ghana Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Beige Assure, where he formalized sales processes, developed and implemented new sales strategies, which led to improved profitability from 2017 to 2021. He also excelled as a sales executive at Milife Insurance Company Ltd. from April 2011 to June 2017 which was characterized by continuous meeting of sales goals through strategic prospecting, and networking.

Elorm has received training and honors, including a Lean Six Sigma White Belt from MF OPEX, Brazil, a Human Resource Management (Single Subject Diploma) from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM – UK), and Professionalism and Excellence in Banking: Advanced Models 1&2 from Alkan Business Consult.

Elorm was awarded the Most Promising Sales Executive at Milife Insurance (UT Life) – National Sales Awards 2011, and was 4th overall Best Sales Executive at Milife Insurance (UT Life) – National Sales Conference 2013.
